Upon arrival in Arusha; after customs and immigration formalities we drive to our accommodation for the night, Serena Mountain Village Lodge located on a coffee plantation on the shores of Lake Duluti. The lodge, designed as an authentic African village, guests are housed in cottages thatched with banana fronds, surrounded by tropical shade trees and bougainvillea. All guest rooms have in suite bathrooms and all amenities. The lodge boasts magnificent views of the mighty snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro on one side and Lake Duluti and the rugged peaks of Mount Meru on the other.
After breakfast and safari briefing we drive to Ngorongoro Crater -An extinct volcano and World Heritage site..
Its enduring charm stems from its overwhelming beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. Our accommodation is at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge poised on the crater’s rim affording spectacular views of Africa’s ‘Garden of Eden. All 92 guests’ suites have wall-to-wall carpeting, central heating, a private lounge with a mini bar, a bedroom with two queen size beds, insuite bathroom facilities and a private solarium which offers stunning views of the crater floor below and the sun setting over the western horizon.
The next morning, descend almost 2,000 feet through misty clouds to the crater’s floor for a treasure trove of wildlife and scenery. Swaggering prides of black-maned lions roam the grasslands, home to large herds of wildebeest, buffalo, hartebeest, eland and zebra, hyena packs, and rare black rhino. Colorful flamingo inhabit the shores of the soda lakes, along with spoonbill and jacana, while Hildebrandt’s Fancolin and turaco lurk in the forest and Verreaux’s Eagle and Auger Buzzard soar high above. Bull elephants with massive tusks charge the plains while their female counterparts, along with the solitary leopard, meander through the forests.

Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, an ornithological paradise inhabited by over 350 bird species. Elusive tree-climbing lions lay in wait on branches while eagles, vultures, storks, swifts and swallows glide along the spectacular cliffs overlooking the pink shimmering lake with thousands of flamingos. Stretch your legs near the hippo pool. Examine the amazing ‘upside-down’ baobab tree, and the magnificent giant fig and mahogany trees that give shelter to blue vervet monkey, baboon, bushbuck and elephant.
On the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment overlooking Lake Manyara is your luxurious lodge. Our accommodation Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge located on the edge of the Mto Wa Mbu escarpment, overlooking the Great Rift Valley and the stunning Manyara soda lake. Today we drive Arusha for lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge.
After lunch resume journey to the border town of Namanga. After customs and immigration formalities we proceed to meet our Kenya driver/guides and drive to the Amboseli National Park, lying below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro.
Afternoon game drive en route to the Lodge The main attraction in Amboseli is its vast herds of elephants within the park. Plentiful game includes: zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopard. Caracal and serval cat can be seen. Birdwatchers can see pelicans, bee-eaters, kingfishers, African fish eagles, martial eagles and pygmy falcons.
Our accommodation is at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge for the two nights. Influenced by Masai Manyatta architecture, the lodge is in harmony with its environment. Guest rooms are appointed with genuine Africana, all with en suite bathroom facilities. The lodge offer unique guest services and exceptional ameni-ties to enhance its distinctive ambience.
On the next day we have a full day in the park with early morning and afternoon game drives plus a visit to the Masai village. Meals: break-fast, lunch, dinner
This morning we fly to Nairobi on a scheduled flight departing at 8:30am to arrive 9:15am at Wilson Airport.
On arrival our driver/guides will meet us and we drive to Mount Kenya Safari Club our accommodation for tonight. With magnificent views of majestic Mount Kenya, the Club's 115 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens, offer a unique blend of comfort, relaxation and adventure. Originally the retreat of movie star and Club founder, William Holden, the Club's illustrious former members have included Winston Churchill and Bing Crosby. We arrive in time for lunch.
The rest of the afternoon is spent at leisure. The club has a number of many recreational activities available: horseback riding, golf, croquet, a putting green, a bowling green, table tennis, swimming, a beauty salon, an animal orphanage and much more which you can take advantage of. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner
After breakfast we fly to Masai Mara on scheduled flight departing at 10am to arrive at 11:30am.
On arrival we will be met by the camp’s driver/guides and transfer to the camp for lunch. Later in the afternoon we will go for a game viewing drive in the park.
Our accommodation for two nights is at Sarova Mara Camp located on the southeast boundary of the Maasai Mara on a natural hill between two streams. Spacious tents have private terraces and hardwood floors, and are complete with electric light, flush toilets, and hot water.
On the next day we have a full day in the park with early morning and afternoon game drives plus a visit to the Masai village. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner
After an early morning game drive and breakfast we fly to Nairobi. Our flight departs Masai Mara at 11am to arrive at 12:15pm at Wilson Airport.
On arrival we will go for lunch at Macushla Hotel followed by a visit to Karen Blixen and Giraffe Centre. After that we drive to Nairobi Serena Hotel where we have dayrooms.
Later check out and transfer for dinner at the famous Carnivore Restaurant before our transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for our flight home. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
