You will visit Jakarta, Banten Old City, Carita, Anyer in Indonesia. The highlights of tour includes the following activities: Masjid Agung Banten, The Ruin of Kaibon Palace, Speelwijk Fort, Banten Museum, Trekking up to the Peak of Anak Krakatau, Snorkeling at the unspoilt beach nearby Anak Krakatau, Wildlife watching and much more.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Jakarta
Jakarta - Transfer in.
Airport Transfer
Arrival in Jakarta Airport, meet & greet with our crew and transfer to hotel in Anyer area (2-3 hour road trip).
Hotel
Upon arrival in Anyer, proceed to hotel for check-in and free time.
Day 2 - Indonesia
Banten Old City Tour (BL).
Sightseeing
After having a breakfast at hotel, start today's program by visiting Masjid Agung Banten. This mosque was built by Sultan Maulana Hasanudin (the son of Sunan Gunung Jati/one of the Wali Sanga). Since then it is still used as a mosque and it has an old family tomb of Banten Sultanate.
Sightseeing
Visit The Ruin of Kaibon Palace. This palace was built for Queen Aisyah, the mother of Sultan Syafiudin. In 1832 the Dutch destroyed this palace because Sultan Syafiudin refused to cooperate with the colonial government.
Sightseeing
Visit Speelwijk Fort. According to history this fort was built in 1682. Despite its architectural value, it also has an old European tomb.
Museums
Visit the Banten Museum. A lot of historical data related to Banten Sultanate can be found in here.
Hotel
Return back to hotel and take some free time.
Day 3 - Indonesia
Krakatau Boat Tour (BL).
Private Car Service
After breakfast at hotel, we depart to Carita Beach.
Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Carita we start to cross Sunda Strait to visit Mt. Krakatau by boat (1.5-2 hour trip).
Adventure
Activities on Krakatau include: Trekking up to the Peak of Anak Krakatau (2 hours up & 1 hour down), Snorkeling at the unspoilt beach near Anak Krakatau, Wildlife watching, etc.
Hotel
At noon, we return to Carita & transfer back to hotel at Anyer.
Day 4 - Jakarta
Anyer - Transfer out (BL).
Hotel
After breakfast at hotel, free time until check-out time.
Airport Transfer
Transfer back to Jakarta Airport for your onward trip. End of Tour.
