Trip Itinerary

Day 1 - On the Plane

 
Commercial Flight

Overnight flight to South Africa.


Day 2 - Cape Town

 
Airport Transfer

Arrive in Cape Town. Transfer to the Commodore Hotel situated at the Waterfront.

Sightseeing

Mother City orientation tour including cable car up Table Mountain (weather permitting).

Food and Dining

Welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Hotel

Overnight at the hotel.


Day 3 - Cape Town

 
Sightseeing

Full day Cape Peninsula tour including visit to the Ostrich Farm, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.

Beach

Continue with tour back to the hotel via boulders beach to see the African Penguin.

Food and Dining

Dinner at leisure.

Hotel

Overnight at the hotel.


Day 4 - Cape Town

 
Sightseeing

Morning boat trip to Robben Island where Mandela was jailed for 27 years.

Food and Dining

Lunch at the Waterfront.

Sightseeing

Afternoon visit Cape Town’s township.

Food and Dining

Dinner at Africa Café Restaurant.

Hotel

Overnight at the hotel.


Day 5 - Cape Town

 
Sightseeing

Full day of touring in the Cape Winelands. Visit the Afrikaans language monument situated high on the slopes of Paarl Mountain to get an overview of the day’s itinerary.

Wine

After a city tour of Paarl join the team at the Nelson’s Creek wine estate for a cellar tour and wine tasting. This estate made history by being the first to assist its workers to produce their own wines – bottled under the ‘New Beginnings’ label.

Food and Dining

We then make our way to Franschoek for lunch at the Haute Cabriere Restaurant with an optional Sabrege wine tasting with the owner. Return to the hotel.

Nightlife

Evening is yours at leisure to explore the Mother City at night.

Day 6 - Sabi Sabi

 
Private Game Reserve.
Commercial Flight

Transfer to the airport for flight to Kruger Mpumalanga.

Private Car Service

Road transfer to Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve approx. 1 and half hours drive in Kruger National Park.

National Parks

Arrive at Bush Lodge your home for next 3 days for a once in a lifetime experience combining a luxury in the bush and the wild animals roaming around the lodge.

Safari

Lunch at the lodge followed by a game drive (open vehicle safari drive). Return for authentic boma dinner.

Hotel

Overnight at the lodge.


Day 7 - Sabi Sabi

 
Safari

Early morning game drive to experience the sunrise in the bush. Return for a hearty breakfast. Optional: Bush walk with your game ranger.

Safari

Lunch followed by free afternoon. Sunset game drive followed by a surprise bush dinner in the reserve.

Hotel

Overnight at the lodge.


Day 8 - Johannesburg

 
Safari

Early morning game drive.

Commercial Flight

Return for breakfast before transferring to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport for flight to Johannesburg.

Airport Transfer

Transfer to Sandton Sun Hotel in the heart of Sandton District Town.

Shopping

Rest of the afternoon at leisure to explore this amazing shopping mall.

Food and Dining

Meet for dinner at the hotel.

Overnight at the hotel.


Day 9 - Johannesburg

 
Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour of Soweto and surrounding areas. Visit Mandela’s House, the Hector Peterson Museum before lunch at a local shebeen. After lunch continue with tour back to the hotel.

Food and Dining

This evening meet for a short transfer to Moyo’s Restaurant for a farewell dinner.

Nightlife

After dinner transfer back to the hotel or experience the nightlife.

Day 10 - Johannesburg

 
Shopping

Breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for shopping or relax at the hotel.

Airport Transfer
