Enjoy 4 Days Big Apple Explorer tour featuring sightseeing and many activities in New York. You will have the opportunity to take a city sightseeing tour of Manhattan where you will see Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange, visit ground Zero and Battery Park. You will visit Liberty Island and have some free time at the Statue of Liberty. You will enjoy a panoramic view of New York City's Skyline, see Harlem's Apollo Theater and the lights of Times Square. You will stop at the Empire State Building & take an elevator to the Observation Tower (102 floors up), visit fashionable Fifth Avenue & see St. Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center and Tiffany's. Enjoy a Day at the Central Park and spend time to see the museums at Museum Row including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Guggenheim Museum. You will also have a chance to see the famous neighborhoods of New York such as Soho, Greenwich Village and TriBeCa.

Day 1 - New York
Hello Big Apple!
Sightseeing
This morning meet your Contiki tour manager and enjoy a sightseeing tour of Manhattan including fashionable Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Harlem's Apollo Theatre, Greenwich Village, the World Trade Centre Site and much more.
Sightseeing
We'll visit Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty as well today. To complete your day, you'll have an opportunity to take an optional helicopter flight around the island of Manhattan for spectacular view of the New York City Skyline.
Nightlife
After dinner, we'll take in the lights of world famous Times Square, before experiencing New York's nightlife. (Dinner)
Day 2 - New York
Shopping
This morning we'll stroll through Central Park then the afternoon is yours to shop on trendy Fifth Ave, explore one of New York's vibrant neighbourhoods.
Sightseeing
Or you have the opportunity to see New York "Sex and the City" style with an optional sightseeing tour.
Performing Arts
Tonight is free to take in a Broadway show. There is never a dull moment in New York. ( Breakfast )
Day 3 - New York
More of Manhattan.
Adventure
Today is yours to enjoy New York: return to Central Park, go cycling, boating, or ice skating (activities vary by season).
Museums
Alternatively you can go shopping or visit one of the New York's many museums, such as the Guggenheim, Museum of Modern Art, or the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Sightseeing
You can also enjoy an optional guided tour of "NY TV and Movie Sites". In the afternoon, you can join us for an awesome optional - The Beast - a high speed jet boat ride up and down the Hudson River (seasonal).
Food and Dining
This evening we will enjoy a farewell dinner together at one of New York's great restaurants.
Sightseeing
Later we'll visit the Empire State Building and take the elevator up 102 floors to the Observation Deck to see the incredible skyline of New York at night. ( Breakfast, Dinner )

Airport Transfer
Say a final farewell to your newfound friends as your tour ends this morning. (Breakfast)
