Start your vacation in the Amazon and fly to Manaus, Brazil, and embark on guided city sightseeing, including a visit to a bustling LOCAL MARKET. A “Meeting of the Waters" CRUISE takes you along the chocolate-colored Rio Negro to its confluence with the yellow-gray Rio Solimoes. For four miles the differently colored bodies of water flow side by side and never mix! Explore a JUNGLE ISLAND (if the water level is not too low) before arriving at the ECOPARK JUNGLE LODGE inside the Amazonian Rainforest. Enjoy a naturalist-guided jungle walk, canoe explorations, and visits to a MONKEY JUNGLE RESERVE and the Caboclo's NATIVE AMAZON VILLAGE to learn about traditions, costumes, and culture. Sample two great South American cities combined with breathtaking Iguassu Falls. Three nights in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, begin with guided city sightseeing and a visit to Sugar Loaf Mountain. Fly to Iguassu Falls and spend two nights surrounded by the marvelous scenery of this natural wonder. Finally, three nights in Buenos Aires, Argentina, feature guided city sightseeing with visits to Casa Rosada and the Recoleta Cemetery, the burial site of Eva Peron. Free time in each area and optional activities let you explore in your own way.

Day 5 - Amazonas

Canoeing
Guided jungle walk. Visit Monkey Reserve, a local community, and take a nighttime canoe ride.
