Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Bhopal
Bhopal - Bhojpur.
Bicycling
Tour starts form Bhopal. Familiarize with the bike that you will be riding all day today. We will hit the road in the morning heading towards Bhojpur. Bike ride to Bhojpur is very easy going, passes through the small villages.
Sightseeing
The tiny village of Bhojpur is situated on the bank of river Betwa. Bhojpur is famous for remains of magnificent Shiva Temple and Cyclopean dam dated 1010-53 A.D.
Sightseeing
At Bhojpur, you can walk through the large boulders to reach the Betwa river and enjoy the rustic settings on the bank of river. Also, at a short walk form Bhojeshwar Temple, there is a Jain shrine containing 2 figures of Parsvanath and a colossal statue of Mahavira, 20 feet high.
Bicycling
After lunch we will start our bike ride towards Bhopal. The Biking - A 55 km ride, mostly flat through rural landscapes with some short hills. Tour concluded in Bhopal.
