Day 1 - Auckland
Sightseeing
On arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Use free time to explore the “City of Sails.”
Hotel
Stay at The Heritage Auckland or SKYCITY Hotel or Copthorne Anzac Avenue.
Day 2 - Rotorua
Auckland/Waitomo/Rotorua.
Sightseeing
Travel south, visit the fascinating Waitomo Caves and enjoy a barbecue lunch.
Performing Arts
Continue on to Rotorua, and tonight enjoy a unique Maori “Hangi”(feast) and concert.
Hotel
Stay at Millennium Rotorua or Park Heritage Rotorua or Kingsgate Hotel Rotorua. (L,D)
Day 3 - Rotorua
Rotorua Sightseeing.
Sightseeing
Today, experience the many varied sights that Rotorua has to offer. Visit Rainbow Springs, the New Zealand Farm Show and Te Puia Thermal Reserve. Learn about traditional Maori crafts at the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute, then enjoy an afternoon at leisure.
Day 4 - Auckland
Rotorua/Auckland.
Relaxation
This morning, you are at leisure. This afternoon, return to Auckland.
Adventure
Travel to the capital city of Wellington, arriving around 7:30 p.m.
