Detailed Trip Description

Rich in forests and scenic areas, Madhya Pradesh is a nature and wildlife lover's paradise. You visit the best of these unspoilt treasures of nature. Pachmarhi, a scenic hill resort in the Satpuras, remains colonial in appearance, surrounded by forests, quiet glades and enchanting views. Kanha, over 940 sq km in area and one of the finest National Parks in Asia, has wildlife in abundance. You also visit the Marble Rocks at Bhedaghat where the Narmada flows through the towering and glistening rocks of Marble.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 - Bhopal

 
Bhopal - Pachmarhi.
Sightseeing

Arrival in Bhopal, the city of lakes and depart for Pachmarhi. Pachmarhi is about 195 kms away from Bhopal. After arrival in Pachmarhi, you will check-in to a hotel. You may opt to spend the evening strolling through the streets of Pachmarhi and look around the town. For your safety, you are advised not to venture into the jungle or cross the town limits at night as the predators are on prowl once it is dark.

You will be staying overnight in Pachmarhi. Stay at Hotel Highlands.


Day 2-3 - Madhya Pradesh

 
Sightseeing

For next two days, a full day sightseeing tour to the natural wonders of Pachmarhi is arranged. Lose yourself in the scenic beauty of this romantic place filled with cascading water falls and steep green valleys of Satpura hills.


Day 4 - Madhya Pradesh

 
Pachmarhi - Kanha.
Private Car Service

This morning you will depart for Kanha. You will arrive in Kanha in the evening and check-in to the hotel.

Hotel

Overnight stay in Kanha. Stay at Kanha Safari Lodge (Mukki).


Day 5-6 - Madhya Pradesh

 
National Parks

For next two days you will be visiting the Kanha National Park and sorroundings. Experience the thrill of coming across a tiger roaming freely in the wilderness of its natural habitat. Witness, experience and appreciate the natural beauty and fascinating landscape of Kanha National Park.

Day 7 - Jabalpur

 
Kanha - Jabalpur.
Sailing

This morning, depart for Jabalpur. Enroute enjoy the sightseeing/boating in the Marble Rocks at Bhedaghat.

Hotel

Overnight stay in Jabalpur. Stay at Kalchuri Residency, MMR Bhedaghat.


Day 8 - Jabalpur
