Tour Vineyards of the Santa Ynez Valley made famous by the Movie “Sideways” and Visit Wine Tasting Rooms in the Town of Solvang, California.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Santa Barbara
On May 27th, we will be transported from Santa Barbara, CA to Solvang. Ca. with overnight stay at the Wine Valley Inn. In the evening we will visit 2-3 wine tasting bars in the town of Solvang.
Wine
Arrive at Santa Barbara Airport in California. At 10:45AM the chartered mini bus, with host, Winston Walker, will transport you to Solvang. Tour the Old Mission Santa Ines. Visit the Hans Christian Anderson Museum. Check into the Wine Valley Inn & Cottages. Stroll Solvang for an evening tour of wine tasting rooms in Solvang.
Day 2 - Santa Barbara
On May 28th, after the 5 hour van tour to four wineries, we will all meet for a dinner at 6:00PM in Solvang followed by free time to visit your newly discovered wine tasting bars.
Wine
Escorted 5 hour van tour to four wineries with 7 tastings per winery and a gourmet lunch. Optional 4 hour guided wine country cycle tour is available. Join us for an Italian dinner at Cafe Angelica in Solvang and take in another relaxed evening of wine tasting at your favorite wine bar discovered the previous night.
Day 3 - Santa Barbara
On May 29th, at 11:30AM, we will be transported back to Santa Barbara Airport.
Wine
Depart Solvang at 11:30AM for transport back to Santa Barbara Airport for the departure back home.
